About the role

Range is seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive its most critical cross‑functional initiatives as the company scales. You will own high‑priority projects end‑to‑end, turning ambiguous problems into structured, deliverable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive key workstreams within the company’s highest‑priority cross‑functional initiatives from kickoff through delivery and hand‑off.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines, updating them as initiatives evolve.
• Coordinate across multiple teams, surfacing risks early and ensuring blockers are resolved.
• Gather and analyze data to frame problems, evaluate options, and measure outcomes.
• Prepare clear status updates, meeting materials, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Develop templates, trackers, and playbooks to make Business Operations a repeatable, high‑leverage engine.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in management consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical, execution‑focused role.
• Undergraduate degree from a top‑tier university; MBA preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent project‑management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset comfortable using data to structure problems and track outcomes.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and maintain ownership through completion.
