About the role
Aventior is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in the Greater Boston area. This full‑time hybrid position blends market research, lead generation, and client relationship management to expand our footprint in life sciences, biotech, and technology‑focused industries.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through proactive outreach and research.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, articulating Aventior’s value proposition.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions for prospects.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with proven market‑research capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline development.
- Customer‑service orientation with a proactive, goal‑driven attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Background in technology‑focused industries or consulting is a plus.
