Business Development Representative

About the role

Workvivo is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its Sales Development team in Boston. In this hybrid role you will engage senior decision‑makers at leading organisations, generate qualified sales opportunities and help drive the company’s growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate qualified leads through phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and uncover new business opportunities.
• Research target accounts, conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects.
• Schedule meetings and hand‑off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Represent the Workvivo brand professionally and enthusiastically in all interactions.
• Participate in structured training, coaching and ongoing development programs.

Required profile

• Experience in a client‑facing role with a focus on relationship building.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort making cold calls.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and eager to achieve targets.
• Open to feedback, quick to learn new sales tools and technologies.
• Enthusiastic about building a long‑term career in technology sales.

Required skills
