Business Development Representative

About the role

Neurex is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join its growing team. In this role you will help expand our client base and drive market expansion across new territories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including untapped markets, prospective clients, partnerships and product/service offerings.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitive landscape and customer preferences.
• Utilize CRM systems to record interactions, manage pipelines and analyse data.
• Design and execute sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and support revenue targets.
• Set, track and report on sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, product management and other teams to deliver tailored business solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to anticipate market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
