Business Consultant – Patient Analytics

About the role

As a Consultant in Veeva’s Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value while turning patient‑level claims and other real‑world data into actionable insights across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams end‑to‑end, ensuring high‑quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s unique data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development.
• Drive practice growth through business development and internal IP creation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred).
• Experience with anonymized patient‑level claims data or other large real‑world datasets.
• Knowledge of real‑world data use cases across the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
