Business Center Attendant (Casual)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Business Center Attendant to join our team at Fairmont Orchid. In this casual position you will be the first point of contact for guests needing business services and will help ensure a smooth, productive experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, engaging attitude.
• Assist guests with printing, copying, scanning, faxing and other business services.
• Provide support for computer workstations, internet access and office equipment.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of guest packages through approved carriers.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of the Business Center.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory.
• Process guest charges accurately using the property management system.
• Report equipment maintenance issues promptly and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

Required profile

• Professional and courteous demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep the Business Center tidy and well‑stocked.
• Good communication skills and ability to answer guest questions clearly.
• Reliability in handling cash‑related transactions and confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience using a property management system for processing charges.
