Business Analyst & Product Owner – New York (Remote US)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Product Owner to join our team in New York or remotely across the United States. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver digital products, improve processes, and drive transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define product vision, manage the product backlog, and prioritize features.
- Support Agile delivery, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, developers, QA, UX designers, and delivery managers.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, and change‑management activities.
Required profile
- 5+ years of Business Analysis or Product Ownership experience for permanent roles (7+ years for contract roles).
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement, and change management.
- Ability to work independently in fast‑paced client environments.
- Based in New York or any U.S. state, with flexibility for remote work.
