Business Analyst, Investment Compliance

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Global Investment Compliance Change team. The role will help design, implement, and monitor compliance controls across investment portfolios, ensuring regulatory and client‑mandated restrictions are met.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Investment Compliance, data, technology, and operations teams to deliver change initiatives on time and to scope.
• Break down business problems, analyse data and process flows, and propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of compliance breaches, document findings, and track remediation.
• Work with trade, holdings, restrictions, and breach datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and AI‑enabled productivity tools to generate insights and link analysis to business outcomes.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates to global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional, global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting and presenting findings.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
