Business Analyst II

About the role

The Business Analyst will partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives. The role gathers and analyzes requirements, documents current and future state processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and elicitation sessions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation.
• Document and analyze “as‑is” and “to‑be” business processes and identify gaps.
• Support Salesforce‑related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.

Required profile

• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience in an IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in Agile delivery using Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
