Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Retail, Consumer Goods and Logistics unit. The role supports clients in the healthcare domain by analysing data, benchmarking performance and helping implement domain‑specific solutions. You will work within an agile environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple US locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in data analysis and business modelling to support informed decision‑making based on domain‑specific standards.
• Conduct benchmarking studies by analysing performance data against industry standards and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Translate technical details into clear, user‑friendly documentation for communication and reporting.
• Research third‑party products within the domain, focusing on features, scalability and preliminary assessments.
• Support implementation of domain‑specific systems, assist with configuration and identify opportunities for enhancements.
