Business Analyst – ERP Integration (Addison, TX)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team in Addison, Texas. The role focuses on ERP package customization, integration and delivery for banking clients, leveraging leading integration technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements across stakeholders to align with ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize ERP modules based on detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features, conduct code reviews and ensure code stability.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes and support data flow between ERP and external applications.
• Assess ERP performance, identify enhancements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce documentation for customizations and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Experience with ERP systems and integration techniques, preferably in the banking sector.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex requirements into development tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication across cross‑functional teams.
