Business Analyst – Commercial Data & Reporting

About the role

Join Emirates' Commercial Operations team in New York City as a Business Analyst focused on data and reporting. You will ensure commercial stakeholders have real‑time visibility of performance metrics and help shape strategic decisions across the global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain easy‑to‑use reports that drive sales performance and commercial objectives.
• Guarantee the accuracy of all commercial reporting and data updates.
• Research, compile and analyse market data from internal and external sources such as ARC, MIDT, forward bookings, ticketing and flown data.
• Provide periodic market analysis for each sales channel, gateway and region, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Compile competitor data on market share, reputation, strengths and weaknesses.
• Act as the Salesforce.com champion for the local sales organization, maintaining a structured hierarchy and up‑to‑date records.
• Support local sales teams with analytical input for Quarterly Business Reviews and ad‑hoc requests.
• Coordinate and monitor backend incentives in the AIMs system, ensuring forecasts remain current.
• Collaborate with pricing and other Emirates departments to strengthen market positioning.

Required profile

• Very strong analytical ability with a talent for interpreting complex data sets.
• Excellent Excel proficiency, including Power Pivot.
• Willingness to work on‑site Monday‑Friday.
