Under One Roof is looking for a dependable Building Superintendent & Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of a unique senior‑housing and preschool campus. This live‑in, full‑time position combines hands‑on maintenance with vendor coordination and resident support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevator, generator, and other building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot repairs, and respond to emergencies 24/7.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Track work orders and maintain digital maintenance systems.
• Prepare grounds and facilities for seasonal changes.
• Support capital planning and cost‑conscious operations.

Required profile

• Practical, steady, and professional attitude with pride in doing things the right way.
• Background as a Building Superintendent, Facilities Manager, HVAC Lead Technician, Property Operations staff, or trades professional ready for leadership.
• Willingness to be on‑call and respond to emergencies at any time.
