Brewery Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

Join Anheuser‑Busch’s Williamsburg brewery as a Maintenance Mechanic, working in a high‑speed manufacturing environment to keep production equipment running at peak performance. Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders and provide maintenance support on high‑speed production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, disassemble, reassemble, and overhaul machinery, including gearboxes, bearings, bushings, conveyors, motors, valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality checks and housekeeping, recording all activities in an automated CMMS.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to guide repairs and upgrades.
• Follow lock‑out/tag‑out, confined‑space and other safety procedures while adhering to SOPs.
• Participate in work planning, part staging and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• At least 3 years of experience on high‑speed production equipment (preferred).
• Ability to stand, bend, twist continuously and lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork.
• Knowledge of safety policies such as lock‑out/tag‑out and confined‑space entry.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

• Lubrication routes and precision machining.
• Schematic interpretation.
• Lock‑out/tag‑out and confined‑space procedures.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
