Brand/Graphic Designer

About the role

Rilla is looking for its first full‑time Brand/Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a fast‑growing conversation‑intelligence startup. You will own the look and feel of every customer touchpoint, from ads and events to sales enablement and product marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design stunning physical and digital assets for major moments such as campaigns, events, product launches, and sales activations.
• Own visual execution of the brand across key marketing and sales touchpoints, continuously elevating the company’s presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and high impact.
• Contribute to brand development and evolution, helping tell a more cohesive and compelling story over time.
• Balance aesthetics with performance, creating designs that are both beautiful and results‑driven.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a brand or graphic designer, preferably in a high‑growth startup, creative agency, or media‑forward company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of layout, typography, and brand systems across digital and print.
• Highly collaborative, able to work cross‑functionally with stakeholders from marketing, sales, product, and leadership.
• Obsessive about quality, detail‑oriented, and constantly pushing the craft forward.

Required skills

• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video, motion, or 3D design is a plus.
• Comfort using AI tools for asset generation, ideation, and rapid iteration.
