About the role
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy for Zillow's B2B line of business. This role is responsible for developing, integrating, executing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing initiatives that target partner audiences. The position works remotely and collaborates closely with internal channel teams, data science, external agencies, and the Agent Marketing team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation of marketing briefs by gathering research, insights, and business data to produce inspiring, actionable documents.
- Build integrated marketing plans, review proposed tactics, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, and identify opportunities for impact.
- Oversee day‑to‑day execution, manage timelines, run weekly syncs, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Apply measurement methodologies, analyze performance data, derive insights, and communicate findings to drive strategic adjustments.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop concepts, manage review processes, and ensure assets meet campaign goals.
Required profile
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Ability to synthesize research and business data into clear marketing briefs.
- Strong project‑management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
