Brand Marketing Lead, Enterprise

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Brand Marketing Lead, Enterprise to shape and own the brand narrative for Claude within large organizations. You will define how the platform is presented to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, developers, and line‑of‑business leaders, turning research and safety achievements into compelling commercial stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Claude’s enterprise brand strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture across the full buying committee.
• Translate technical and research differentiation into business‑value narratives for technical, economic, and executive audiences.
• Partner with product, demand‑generation, and growth‑marketing teams to ensure brand programs drive funnel engagement.
• Lead category‑defining campaigns, briefing creative agencies and safeguarding work through stakeholder review.
• Build measurement frameworks that demonstrate brand impact on awareness, preference, and sales‑cycle metrics.
• Provide brand air‑cover for revenue teams during competitive deals and target‑account initiatives.
• Create brand tools that enable enterprise marketers, partners, and customer teams to act quickly and effectively.
• Establish and track enterprise brand metrics to inform ongoing marketing strategy.

Required profile

• B2B brand‑marketing experience selling complex technology platforms to enterprise buyers.
• Proven track record of building or repositioning brands to achieve category leadership in fast‑moving, competitive markets.
• Experience collaborating closely with product marketing and other cross‑functional teams.
