Brand Experience and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized Brand Experience and Development Manager to lead our brand presence across the United States and Canada. Based in Los Angeles, you will work closely with our Paris team to translate global brand direction into local activations, influencer collaborations, and retail experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full brand experience in the US, including pop‑ups, shop‑in‑shops, events, and the launch of our first New York flagship boutique.
• Lead physical activations from site selection through execution, press outreach, and community engagement.
• Build and manage influencer and creator relationships to introduce Octobre to American audiences and to grow Sézane’s presence in Canada.
• Identify and execute pop‑up and wholesale opportunities in key Canadian markets (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver) that meet editorial standards.
• Collaborate with the Paris team to ensure brand direction feels genuinely local in casting, spaces, people, and moments.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, retail development, or influencer marketing, preferably within premium fashion or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of building and executing physical brand activations.
• Established network in the US and/or Canadian premium lifestyle and creator space.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously.
