About the role
The Brand Engagement Manager will shape and drive Thayers US’s strategic vision for connecting with consumers, creators, and media across multiple touchpoints. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of PR, events, and the Thayers Slayers consumer Ambassador program, elevating the brand’s culturally relevant identity.
Key responsibilities
- Own macro‑strategy, growth targets, and platform architecture for the Thayers Slayers consumer Ambassador program, set monthly content calendar and oversee execution.
- Lead PR strategy, manage the agency of record, develop long‑term communications plans and act as primary press contact.
- Manage PR budget, financial compliance, PO generation, forecasting and invoice reconciliation.
- Plan and execute experiential initiatives, product launches, influencer events, pop‑ups and industry gatherings.
- Collaborate with social, influencer and corporate communications teams to align messaging and support social commerce tests.
- Define KPIs, analyse program data and provide executive‑level reporting on community growth, sentiment and cost‑per‑engagement.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading brand engagement, PR or ambassador programs for consumer brands.
- Strong project‑management skills with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with media, creators and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to set metrics, interpret data and optimise programmes.
