Brand Designer

About the role

Replit is looking for a Brand Designer to define, develop, and maintain its visual brand system. You will work closely with product, design, and external partners to ensure a clear, consistent, and scalable brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Replit visual brand system, creating core assets, guidelines, and documentation.
• Apply the brand system across product, web, and primary marketing channels.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to ensure consistent brand expression within the product experience.
• Provide guidance and feedback to internal teams and external agencies on brand usage.
• Develop scalable design frameworks that support long‑term brand growth.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in brand design, visual systems, or identity design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and multi‑touchpoint application.
• Experience collaborating with product and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
