Brand Designer – Brand Studio

About the role

Figma is seeking a Brand Designer to join its Brand Studio. This full‑time position focuses on creating expressive, culturally relevant visual work for campaigns, product launches, events, and storytelling moments.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually distinctive brand assets across campaigns, launches, events, and storytelling moments.
• Explore new visual expressions through image‑making, typography, illustration, composition, motion and emerging creative tools.
• Generate original concepts that push beyond traditional tech branding while staying unmistakably Figma.
• Contribute to scalable visual systems, toolkits and creative approaches for a wide range of brand surfaces.
• Collaborate with Brand Studio partners, product designers, marketers and creative leadership to shape cohesive brand narratives.
• Experiment with new references, techniques, workflows and technologies, sharing discoveries with the team.
• Help evolve the brand’s presence in a rapidly changing creative landscape, balancing consistency with experimentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand or visual design.
• Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft in image‑making, composition and typography.
• Strong visual point of view and deep curiosity about contemporary culture.
• Ability to create emotionally resonant and visually distinctive work.
