About the role
The Tanger Ambassador at Locust Grove will represent the Tanger brand, engage shoppers, and support marketing and operational initiatives across the shopping center.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the Tanger brand.
- Engage shoppers at events, distribute samples, coupons, and promotional materials.
- Educate visitors on TangerClub benefits and assist with mobile app sign‑ups.
- Provide accurate information about store locations, amenities, and current promotions.
- Support on‑site and off‑site marketing events, including set‑up, breakdown, and documentation.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to center management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to work outdoors.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.
