Brand Ambassador – Field Sales

About the role

Renuity is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at in‑store events and local marketing campaigns across South Florida. In this field‑based position you will engage directly with homeowners, showcase premium home‑improvement products and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Renuity at retail events, trade shows and community marketing activities.
• Deliver confident product presentations and educate customers on windows, doors, roofs and bath upgrades.
• Capture and qualify leads, feeding them into the sales pipeline.
• Travel within the Boca Raton area and surrounding South Florida locations as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional‑development sessions.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service or other customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
• Willingness to learn, be coached and pursue a long‑term career in sales or leadership.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and occasional weekdays.
