Boutique Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for polished, service‑oriented Boutique Assistants to join an iconic luxury brand. In this front‑of‑house position you will help create an exceptional client experience in a sophisticated boutique environment, without sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every client.
• Support the team with appointment preparation, product presentation, gift‑wrapping, and food & beverage service.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with personalization services such as watch sizing, strap changes, cleaning, engraving, and embossing.
• Provide concierge‑style support (restaurant reservations, directions, entertainment recommendations, floral orders).
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and appointment‑setting inquiries.
• Maintain organization and presentation of client‑facing areas, wrap rooms, and hospitality spaces.
• Replenish supplies, support opening/closing procedures, and help with special projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, upscale restaurants, hotels, or a high‑touch service environment.
• Polished, approachable, and professional presence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Positive, collaborative, “can‑do” attitude.
