Boiler Technician – Raleigh, NC

About the role

We are seeking experienced HVAC Boiler Technicians to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this full‑time position you will install, maintain and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems up to 1,000 tons, ensuring reliable operation for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair boilers, rooftop units and associated control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and detailed equipment diagnostics.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and engineering specifications.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration circuits, mechanical components and control systems.
• Maintain accurate work records, material usage and time logs.
• Provide on‑site technical support and customer training as needed.
• Recommend repairs, upgrades and parts to customers.
• Mentor apprentices and support team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial boiler service experience.
• Associate’s degree or trade school certification in HVAC (or equivalent).
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols and solve problems on the spot.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
