Board Certified Urologist – Community Hospital

About the role

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join its community hospital in Slidell, Louisiana. The position offers a dynamic practice environment with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers, and access to state‑of‑the‑art technology.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a full spectrum of urologic procedures including ureteroscopy, TURBT, TURP, cystoscopy, prostate ultrasound and biopsy, and vasectomy.
• Provide multidisciplinary cancer care in collaboration with the Ochsner Cancer Center.

Required profile

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Experience with on‑site call coverage (1:5 call ratio) and operating room scheduling.

Required skills

• UroNav navigation system.
• Da Vinci robotic surgery platform.
• Aquablation technology.
• Ureteroscopy, TURBT, TURP, cystoscopy, prostate ultrasound, biopsy, vasectomy.
