About the role

Join a clinician‑owned ABA practice dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families in the Katy area. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will design and oversee evidence‑based treatment plans for children from birth to age 12, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct clinic‑based ABA services to children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data, adjust interventions, and ensure optimal client progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and multidisciplinary professionals, including speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, ethics, and documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with ABA research.

Required profile

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with children (birth‑12) in an ABA setting.
• Strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
