Billing, Credentialing & Back-Office Operations Coordinator

About the role

Nabi Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing, Credentialing & Back‑Office Operations Coordinator to support revenue‑cycle management, provider onboarding, and administrative workflows. This fully remote, full‑time position enables clinicians to deliver high‑quality, weight‑inclusive nutrition care at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day billing workflows, including claim submission, reconciliation, denial tracking and payer follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate billing, insurance, and provider records in EMR and practice‑management systems.
• Support credentialing and payer enrollment for new Registered Dietitians, ensuring timely onboarding and billable status.
• Assist with clinician onboarding to EMRs, billing platforms, and administrative processes.
• Provide scheduling, data‑entry, and general administrative support as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA and payer compliance across all operational workflows.
• Serve as a point of contact for clinicians and patients regarding billing and administrative questions.

Required profile

• 1+ years of healthcare administration experience.
• Experience with medical billing, insurance claims, denials, or revenue‑cycle management.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, Healthie).
• Experience using billing software and practice‑management tools.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Comfort with Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD‑10 coding.
