Bilingual Sales Manager – Telesales Team Lead

About the role

AT&T is hiring a bilingual Sales Manager in Atlanta, Georgia for a full-time, onsite role working five days a week. The position leads a team of telesales representatives in a consumer call center, driving revenue growth through sales and upselling while maintaining high customer service standards. No relocation is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a consumer telesales organization, exceeding customer experience objectives and managing people effectively
• Analyze data to develop strategies that drive revenue and continuous improvement
• Direct daily call center and vendor operations to meet revenue goals and reduce expenses
• Implement policies and initiatives for technology, corporate compliance, training and workforce planning
• Work with business areas to align strategy, manage change and maintain domestic and international vendor relationships
• Oversee entry- to mid-level sales employees, assign tasks, implement sales plans and ensure adherence to company policies
• Manage small, less complex sales with smaller quotas or territories, and influence hiring, firing, disciplinary and promotion decisions for subordinates

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
• 5+ years of related sales experience
• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish, reading, writing and speaking
