Bilingual Marketing Specialist (French Canadian/English)

About the role

GoEngineer is seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to lead its Quebec‑focused marketing activities. The role bridges the company’s technical teams with French‑speaking customers, ensuring that all communications are culturally adapted and compelling.

Key responsibilities

• Translate and localize website pages, emails, social posts, signage and sales collateral from English to French Canadian, maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt and execute B2B marketing campaigns for software, hardware and services targeting the Quebec market.
• Manage French‑language social media channels and email newsletters, creating region‑specific content.
• Coordinate Quebec‑based events and trade shows, handling planning, logistics and localized marketing materials.
• Serve as liaison between marketing, sales and technical teams to support lead generation and regional growth.
• Assist with video translation and make light updates to graphic and digital assets using available tools.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French Canadian and English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently as the sole bilingual marketer.
• Strong understanding of Quebec marketing regulations and the local B2B landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a 20+ member North American marketing team.
