Bilingual Learning & Development Trainer – Dallas, TX

About the role

The Learning & Development Trainer will design and deliver training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates in Dallas. The role includes facilitating GO classes, monitoring training effectiveness, and providing performance feedback to participants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center staff.
• Deliver training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
• Stay current on learning trends and integrate new approaches into L&D offerings.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness using feedback and evaluation techniques.
• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
• Evaluate GO participant performance and provide coaching throughout and after courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail or hospitality operations environment.
• Experience may include Operations Team Lead responsibilities.
• Successful completion of initial and periodic training requirements.
• Obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
