Bilingual Leads & Intake Specialist

About the role

Peek Law Group, a bilingual immigration and criminal defense firm, is looking for a proactive Bilingual Leads & Intake Specialist to manage and nurture potential client leads. The position is remote, with scheduled office hours and on‑call availability, and requires fluency in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Enter all leads into the Infusionsoft CRM with accuracy and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, assessing client needs.
• Schedule and conduct intake consultations, confirming appointments and documenting outcomes in Time Matters.
• Process consultation payments through LawPay and generate receipts.
• Maintain the client database, create contacts and cases in Time Matters, and upload client documents.
• Serve as the first point of contact during on‑call hours, documenting all after‑hours calls.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in sales, intake, or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a persuasive yet empathetic style.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple leads.
• Professional discretion when handling sensitive information.
