Bilingual IT Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual IT Security Engineer to design, implement and support security solutions for enterprise clients. The role strengthens network and server security, plans new services, and resolves technical issues both remotely and on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and design optimal security systems and processes.
• Build, maintain and upgrade log analysis, endpoint and network security technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to launch new products and services.
• Perform remote and on‑site troubleshooting for servers, PCs, networks and telephony equipment.
• Provide operational support for client hardware and software environments.
• Install and support solutions at client sites, including required business travel.
• Document configurations, progress reports and countermeasure archives.
• Manage pre‑sales and post‑sales project activities, coordinating vendors and subcontractors.
• Research market trends, evaluate new technologies and prepare client proposals and presentations.
• Draft operational and procedural manuals to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience conducting security assessments and managing client‑facing projects.
• Ability to travel for on‑site client work and support hybrid work arrangements.
• Bilingual communication skills (English and another language).
• Familiarity with MSP/MSSP operational models and secure configuration guidelines such as CIS Benchmark.
