Bilingual Immigration Attorney – Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are seeking three bilingual (Spanish‑speaking) immigration attorneys to join our Removal Defense Practice Group in the Galleria area. The role involves representing clients in removal proceedings, preparing and attending USCIS interviews, and handling both affirmative and defensive asylum applications.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal proceedings and related hearings.
• Prepare clients for and attend USCIS interviews.
• Draft and file asylum applications, immigration petitions, motions, and legal briefs.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on immigration law developments.
• Supervise and mentor legal support staff.

Required profile

• Active admission to the bar in Texas or any U.S. state.
• Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Ability to manage complex, time‑sensitive tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, client‑service orientation, and professional demeanor.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Calendar.
• Experience with Cerenade (preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills.
