Bilingual Habitability Intake Specialist

About the role

We are a California‑based law firm dedicated to defending tenants living in unsafe or unhealthy housing. We seek a bilingual (English/Spanish) Habitability Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, gathering essential information to build strong habitability claims.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and conduct intake interviews in English and Spanish.
• Collect and document client details, photos, videos, emails, texts, and other evidence.
• Enter intake data accurately into the firm’s case management system.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and ensure complete records.
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with drafting legal documents, public records requests, and discovery tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, patience, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to ask clarifying questions and exercise sound judgment.
• Prior legal experience is helpful but not required.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM PT with a 30‑minute break.
• Monthly salary of $1,400.
