About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple locations in the Orlando area. The role involves traveling to client sites, supervising crews, and ensuring service quality aligns with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Train and onboard cleaning staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily cleaning activities and conduct on‑site inspections.
• Verify that work meets client scope and quality standards.
• Travel to various sites using personal transportation, with reimbursement for gas and phone expenses.
• Maintain schedules that often start at 6:00 pm and may include daytime, weekend, and evening shifts.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Availability for weekend and occasional night shifts.
• Own reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and acceptable auto insurance.
• Positive, extroverted personality with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
