Porter – East Denver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Porter to keep our high‑rise residential community in East Denver clean, safe and welcoming. The role involves maintaining both interior and exterior common areas and supporting the overall appearance of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym and pool areas.
• Sweep, mop, and remove trash and recycling on a routine basis.
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter.
• Support valet trash and recycling services according to schedule.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests and vendors.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team‑oriented with a positive, service‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced residential environment.
• Previous experience as a porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper or in hotel/apartment settings preferred.
