Behavioral Health Program & Clinical Education Coordinator

About the role

The Behavioral Health Program & Clinical Education Coordinator designs and coordinates inpatient behavioral health programming to deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions. The role also develops and delivers education and training for clinical staff in collaboration with leadership, ensuring a safe, supportive environment that promotes patient stabilization and recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clinical staff education needs and develop corresponding education programs.
• Design and implement orientation and annual skills training for inpatient employees.
• Coordinate inpatient behavioral health programs to meet patient and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data collection, outcome tracking, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR to document training and respond to staff inquiries.

Required profile

• Four years of nursing experience (behavioral health experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in Colorado (or compact state) and Basic Life Support certification.
