Ulta Beauty is seeking enthusiastic Beauty Advisors to deliver memorable shopping experiences for beauty enthusiasts. In this front‑line position you will engage guests, understand their personal needs, and guide them toward the right products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage every guest entering the store, providing personalized assistance.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle cashier duties, refunds, exchanges, and online order pickups.
• Maintain well‑stocked, clean fixtures and ensure store presentation standards.
• Book appointments and support in‑store events that align with sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products, ingredients, and promotions.
