About the role

The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant in Decatur. As a Bartender you will prepare and serve beverages, maintain a clean bar, and provide a welcoming experience for guests who often dine at the bar. You will need to be knowledgeable about the full food and beverage menu to guide guests effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other drinks according to the menu.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized bar area throughout service.
• Engage with guests, answer menu questions, and ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and assist with bar inventory management.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and move in tight spaces.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the full food and beverage menu.
