BA Specialist - Intelligent Automation

About the role

HCSC is building an Intelligent Process Automation Lab (IPAL) to scale its delivery capability and drive automation opportunities across the healthcare industry. This BA Specialist supports the IPAL Lead in business interactions and relationship management, demand consolidation and prioritization, and portfolio strategy and roadmap. The role also expands automation use cases and proof-of-concept demonstrations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IPAL Lead in business interactions, relationship management, demand consolidation and prioritization, and portfolio strategy and roadmap
• Expand automation use cases and proof-of-concept demonstrations throughout the organization
• Ensure the program follows industry best discovery practices and establish a discovery center of excellence
• Govern the prioritization of high-impact use cases

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of information technology or business analysis experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years, or a technical certification and 7 years, or 9 years of experience
• 2 years of experience leading projects
• Business acumen, project management skills, problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes, and to manage multiple priorities
• Written and verbal communication skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio
• Requirements management and/or prototyping tools such as ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq or iRise
• SDLC, iterative, Agile, OWF and/or Scrum development
• Preferred: business process management and modeling, RPA platform business analysis (UiPath or other), PDD experience, and UiPath Business Analysis Fundamentals certification

What we offer

• Base pay range of $102,000 to $184,300, varying with skills, experience and location
