About the role

Infosys is seeking an Azure and Databricks Architect to join its Communications, Media, and Technology unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on designing and delivering cloud‑native, data‑driven solutions for clients in the telecom, media and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide architectural recommendations, contribute to technology framework development and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Evaluate market technologies and tools, performing comparative analysis to select optimal solutions.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, adherence to quality standards and support build‑deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Create architectural artifacts and enrich the team’s knowledge repository.

Required profile

• Proven ability to analyse, design and develop scalable, secure architectures.
• Strong aptitude for assessing multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
• Understanding of integration methodologies and proof‑of‑concept validation.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver cloud‑based solutions.
