AWS Redshift ETL Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AWS Redshift ETL Developer to join its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines on AWS Redshift, supporting digital transformation initiatives for telecom and media clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in solution design discussions and record design decisions for the development team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new ETL features and enhancements while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and maintain high‑quality code standards.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.
• Resolve production issues promptly and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing procedures, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative and communication abilities.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
