AWS Enterprise Project Manager

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is looking for an AWS Enterprise Project Manager to lead large‑scale digital transformation initiatives for its banking, wealth management and insurance clients. The role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of AWS‑based solutions across multiple US locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional needs based on workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design high‑level and detailed software architectures, validate concepts through prototypes and incorporate feedback.
• Develop complex software applications and define coding standards in collaboration with development teams.
• Define and drive testing strategies that meet functional and non‑functional criteria.
• Lead the technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software deployments, ensuring timely roll‑out.
• Coordinate system roll‑outs to minimize operational disruption and manage transition activities.
• Analyze incident trends, identify root causes and establish monitoring and remediation processes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience managing enterprise‑scale AWS projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and a track record of delivering solutions on schedule.
