AV Installation Technician - Commercial

About the role

Lelch is looking for a skilled Commercial Low‑Voltage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain AV and low‑voltage systems in commercial environments such as offices and MDUs. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, and test low‑voltage cabling, including Category, Fiber, and Access lines.
• Mount devices at cable ends, such as CCTV cameras, access control panels, wireless APs, and AV equipment.
• Expertly build and lace equipment racks and panels.
• Set up and configure devices from various manufacturers.
• Apply network knowledge to ensure proper system integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial low‑voltage wiring and installation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• CCTV installation
• Access control systems
• Wireless Access Points (APs)
• Equipment rack building and lacing
• Device configuration and network integration
• Familiarity with Brivo, Wisenet, Crestron, Q‑Sys, Extron, Qolsys
