About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs on Volkswagen vehicles.
• Utilize factory‑approved diagnostic equipment and follow Volkswagen service procedures.
• Complete warranty and recall repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and document findings clearly.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience (preferred).
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
