About the role

Mills Auto Group is expanding its service department at Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia and is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join a growing team. The position is full‑time and focuses on delivering high‑quality, customer‑pay repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of vehicles.
• Complete customer‑pay jobs efficiently to maximize flat‑rate hours.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the service bay.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate work orders and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an automotive service technician.
• Willingness to relocate – toolbox relocation expenses are covered.
• Ability to work a guaranteed schedule for the first 90 days.
• Commitment to honoring any pre‑arranged vacation days.
