Automotive Service Manager

About the role

Mills Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department at Classic Toyota of Henderson. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving profitability, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and support staff.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Analyze expenses and implement strategies to improve department profitability.
• Develop initiatives to increase service revenue and market share.
• Review and approve service estimates and invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop employees to meet performance goals.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve service‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
• Proven track record of running a profitable service department.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Required skills

• Automotive repair and maintenance knowledge.
• Familiarity with dealership software and systems.
