Automotive Sales & Finance Representative

About the role

In this critical role you will own the full retail automotive transaction process, from the initial client introduction through financing, deal structuring and vehicle delivery. You will work closely with the General Manager of Sales to grow the retail segment, operating autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire deal from introduction to finance and closing.
• Handle the full finance and insurance (F&I) process, including credit applications, lender approvals, funding paperwork and compliance.
• Source your own opportunities, build and maintain a personal pipeline using company resources, marketing and leads.
• Generate and manage a client book through outbound outreach, referrals and creative prospecting.
• Utilize CRM tools to track follow‑up schedules, deal progress and customer communication.
• Work cross‑functionally with other departments to move deals forward efficiently.
• Structure and finalize finance deals with precision and compliance.
• Coordinate funding, title processing and document accuracy with administrative support.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across multiple automotive brands.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury, exotic or high‑line automotive sales.
• Direct finance and insurance (F&I) experience.
• Proven ability to self‑source leads, manage a personal pipeline and close deals.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and responsiveness.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of lender platforms such as RouteOne, Dealertrack and Westlake.
• Familiarity with finance compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for deal management.
