Automotive Sales Associate - Georgetown Infiniti

About the role

Georgetown INFINITI is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to sell vehicles for personal and commercial use. The role involves meeting customers to understand their needs, promoting sales offers at the dealership and taking them on test drives.

Key responsibilities

• Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties
• Answer customer questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values
• Coordinate with the finance department on financing and ownership options
• Contact past customers to check satisfaction and generate new business leads

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum age of 22
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends, including 12-hour days near month-end or during promotions, and Saturdays

Required skills

• Excellent communication and active listening
• Quickly identifying customer needs and presenting vehicles to meet them
• Basic driving skills for test drives
